- 1Provide customer service at a financial institution by enforcing security procedures and responding to emergencies.
- 2Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs in accordance with site policies.
- 3Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, escalating to emergency services when needed.
- 4Conduct unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
- 5Communicate professionally with bank staff, customers, and law enforcement.
- 6Carry out site-specific security protocols and document incidents accurately.
Requirements8
- 11+ year of security-related experience.
- 2Be 21+ years of age.
- 3Access control and badge experience preferred.
- 4Customer service experience preferred.
- 5Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
- 6High school diploma or equivalent.
- 7Pass a background investigation and drug screen.
- 8Licensing may be required per state or local law.
