Overview
You will guard access points at a busy logistics site, verifying TWIC credentials and managing visitor flows for 25+ daily deliveries. You join a Allied Universal team of 50+ officers supported by Claim a Shift scheduling. Part-time, day shift, $20.95/hour.
What You'll Do6
- 1Verify TWIC credentials and authorization at entry points, logging 100+ visitors per shift.
- 2Control access to restricted areas, coordinating with site contacts on approved deliveries and visitors.
- 3Patrol access points, loading areas, and perimeter, identifying security concerns.
- 4Respond to incidents using de-escalation and emergency protocols, reporting unauthorized access.
- 5Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and delivery records in tablet systems.
- 6Provide customer service to drivers and contractors, assisting with site-specific access procedures.
Requirements7
- 11+ year in security or related field.
- 2Hold a TSA-issued TWIC card.
- 3CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- 4Comfort using a computer or tablet.
- 5Ability to lift 20+ pounds.
- 618+ years for unarmed; 21+ for armed.
- 7High school diploma or equivalent.
