What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to residents visitors staff and service providers by executing security procedures and site policies
- 2Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas entrances exits and exterior grounds to identify security concerns
- 3Respond to incidents resident concerns and critical situations calmly solving problems following site protocols
- 4Monitor access points observe activity and document patrols incidents and unusual conditions according to site requirements
- 5Maintain an orderly environment by communicating professionally with diverse populations and assisting staff with security needs
Requirements5
- 1Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles and 21 for armed roles
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Completion of background investigation in accordance with applicable laws
- 4Drug screening as permitted by law
- 5Valid driver’s license for driving positions only
