What You'll Do5
- 1Build patrol routines for residential common areas, building exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity
- 2Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity according to site procedures
- 3Respond to incidents and resident concerns with calm problem-solving and escalate as directed
- 4Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation for site management
- 5Support emergency response activities and provide courteous communication to residents and guests
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Access control and badge experience preferred
- 4Guard card or license preferred
- 5Background check and drug screening as required by law
- 6Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
- 7Position requires compliance with state and local licensing requirements
