What You'll Do5
- 1Build and perform unarmed patrols of facility grounds, entrances, parking areas, and interior locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns
- 2Respond to incidents and emergencies with calm, professional, problem-solving communication following site protocols
- 3Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and wayfinding, report unusual conditions or policy violations
- 4Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while adhering to security procedures and emergency response activities
- 5Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED required
- 2Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
- 3Background check in compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- 4Drug screen as permitted by law
- 5Valid driver’s license required for driving positions if applicable
