Security Officer, Part Time Enhanced Unarmed Courtesy Patrol in SF & Richmond
Overview
Security Officer role providing dependable part-time coverage at a technology-focused site. You will perform unarmed patrols, assist visitors and employees, and respond to incidents with calm problem-solving. This position offers fixed anchor shifts plus the option to pick up additional shifts to grow earnings and experience across multiple sites. What You'll Do5
- 1Build customer service interactions with employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site policies and safety procedures
- 2Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and entry points to identify hazards and report concerns
- 3Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, methodical manner and document observations for site contacts and emergency responders
- 4Monitor access points and visitor activity to maintain orderly entry and exit per site procedures
- 5Prepare clear, accurate patrol and incident reports using standard reporting tools and channels
Requirements9
- 1Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3CPR certification preferred
- 4Guard Card or license preferred
- 5Background check and drug screen required where permitted by law
- 6Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
- 7Must be able to work DayTimeThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 8Experience in customer service preferred
- 9Ability to work at a technology-focused site
