What You'll Do5
- 1Build and perform regular patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and gates to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- 2Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and emergencies following site protocols and reporting requirements to minimize impact.
- 3Monitor access points, verify authorized personnel and vehicle entry, and maintain visitor, contractor, and incident logs.
- 4Communicate hazards, equipment concerns, and security issues to site representatives and Allied Universal leadership per post orders.
- 5Provide customer service by executing site-specific procedures and emergency response activities in a calm, solution-focused manner.
Requirements9
- 1Be at least 21 years old
- 2A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- 3Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred
- 4Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred
- 5Experience with alarm panels is preferred
- 6High school diploma or equivalent
- 7Background check and drug screen as required by law
- 8Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment
- 9Must be able to work fixed anchor shifts and participate in the claim-a-shift program
