Security Officer Part Time Enhanced, Parking Facility Access
Overview
Owns site access control and patrols for a parking facility at a fixed site with flexible options to pick up additional shifts. This role offers a six month anchor shift commitment with the possibility to scale hours up to 40 per week and to earn more through a scheduling platform. You will join a collaborative security team focused on customer service and incident response. This position supports community safety and operational security at Allied Universal.
What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to parking facility patrons, visitors, and staff while enforcing access control procedures
- 2Monitor and control access at assigned entry points and document activity in accordance with site procedures
- 3Respond to access-related incidents and parking facility concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner
- 4Conduct regular and random patrols of parking areas, access points, entrances, exits, and perimeter
- 5Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and access logs and communicate with site leadership and representatives
Requirements5
- 1Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles
- 2Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- 3Must pass background investigation and drug screen
- 4Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws
- 5A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
