What You'll Do5
- 1Build customer service by assisting visitors and employees and enforcing site policies while maintaining safety during patrols.
- 2Document incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate information to site leadership and management.
- 3Monitor access points and observe activity to report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations.
- 4Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a calm, disciplined manner in accordance with procedures.
- 5Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols across store areas, stock areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Requirements6
- 1Have at least one year of security related experience
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles
- 4Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
- 5Background check and drug screen as required by law
- 6Valid driver’s license only for driving positions
