What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain a visible security presence to deter incidents in transportation facilities
- 2Monitor access points and public areas, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity
- 3Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, solution-focused manner coordinating with personnel and responders
- 4Conduct regular and random patrols of stations, platforms, facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify concerns
- 5Prepare clear, accurate reports and logs related to incidents, patrols, access activity, and observations
Requirements7
- 1Must have at least two years of security-related experience
- 2Must be at least 21 years of age
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4State, county, or city-issued security license preferred
- 5Background check and drug screen as required by law
- 6Ability to use a computer or tablet comfortably
- 7Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
