Security Officer Incident Documentation
Overview
Protect clients across manufacturing and industrial sites with vigilant security presence at Allied Universal. You will monitor, patrol, and document incidents to support safe, orderly environments. Play a hands-on role in customer service, incident response, and reporting while collaborating with a national security team. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and perform regular and random patrols across facilities including production areas and perimeters to deter incidents
- 2Document incidents and complete daily activity reports for site leadership
- 3Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access
- 4Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations with problem solving and clear communication
- 5Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional presence and safety procedures
Requirements8
- 1Be at least 21 years of age
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Guard card or license preferred
- 4Experience in customer service preferred
- 5Comfort with computers or tablets preferred
- 6CPR and or First Aid certification preferred
- 7Background check and drug screen as required by law
- 8Driver's license required for driving positions only
