What You'll Do5
- 1Provide exceptional customer service to employees visitors and/or vendors at the front desk of a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies
- 2Greet screen and direct visitors verify identification and access authorization in accordance with established visitor-management protocols
- 3Monitor entry activity maintain visitor logs issue and collect visitor credentials and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts
- 4Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following emergency response procedures as directed
- 5Maintain a professional front-desk presence answer incoming inquiries and report unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or site management

- 1Valid driver’s license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- 2Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred
- 3Access control and badge experience preferred
- 4Age at least 18 years for unarmed roles or 21 years for armed roles
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Background investigation conducted in accordance with all applicable laws

Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site-specific access control procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrol activities, and security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
