What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to employees visitors and customers at front desk of financial services location following site-specific procedures and security-related policies
- 2Greet visitors manage access procedures verify identification and appointments and issue visitor credentials according to guidelines
- 3Monitor lobby entry points and front desk area for unusual activity reporting security concerns to appropriate personnel
- 4Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations calmly professionally solving problems following emergency response procedures
- 5Maintain accurate visitor logs access records and incident documentation handling sensitive information discreetly
Requirements6
- 1At least 1 year of security-related experience
- 2Be at least 21 years old
- 3Valid driver’s license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5Background investigation required
- 6Drug screen required where permitted
