Overview
You will safeguard a high-traffic department store in Chula Vista, CA, conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store associates by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
- 2Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, communicating observations to store personnel or emergency responders.
- 3Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, entrances, exits, receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeters.
- 4Monitor for unusual activity and hazards; document incidents and complete reports per site procedures.
- 5Assist with access control and visitor directions while maintaining a professional presence.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of security-related experience.
- 2A valid driver's license.
- 318+ years of age for unarmed roles.
- 4A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 5Pass a background investigation and drug screen.
- 6A state, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
