What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate
- 2Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking facilities, ATM locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access
- 3Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific escalation and reporting procedures
- 4Monitor access points, verify authorized entry where required, and assist with the protection of personnel, visitors, and financial institution property
- 5Prepare accurate activity reports and promptly communicate observed hazards, suspicious activity, and security-related concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders
Requirements5
- 1Proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client
- 2Minimum age of 21 years
- 3CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- 4Customer service experience preferred
- 5Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred
