What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel by carrying out site specific security related procedures access control policies and emergency response activities
- 2Monitor access points verify credentials visitor registrations and contractor authorization according to established procedures
- 3Operate access control systems maintain accurate visitor and incident records and report irregularities or unauthorized access attempts
- 4Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem solving manner following site specific protocols and escalating concerns as needed
- 5Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate facilities including entrances common areas parking areas and perimeter locations

- 1Valid driver’s license required
- 2CPR certification preferred
- 3Age minimum 18 for unarmed roles 21 for armed roles
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5Background investigation required
- 6Drug screen required
