What You'll Do9
- 1Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property monitoring surveillance equipment and inspecting buildings equipment and access points
- 2Serve as lead security contact providing operational support and coordination for the team
- 3Oversee daily operations including shift coverage incident response coordination and communication with management
- 4Support training efforts ensuring team members understand and follow SOPs site-specific protocols and compliance standards
- 5Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities completing reports by recording observations information and surveillance activities
- 6Maintain organization stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements contributing to security team duties as assigned
- 7Make timely decisions while maintaining composure in emergency response situations
- 8Provide exceptional customer service responding to emergencies to assist employees and customers
- 9Report irregularities and maintain accurate documentation throughout the hiring process

- 1Valid Non-Commissioned Security Officer License Level II
- 2Valid Driver’s License
- 3At least 3 years of security experience preferably in corporate environment
- 4Proven ability to guide teams delegate responsibilities and uphold security protocols under pressure
- 5Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- 6Ability to analyze problems using logic and reasoning
- 7Attention to others reactions reading body language well
- 8Basic knowledge of Google Suite programs
- 9Great active listening skills fostering trusting relationships
- 10Physical ability to bend twist squat and lift up to 75 pounds
- 11Experience with machinery noise exposure
