What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct floor patrols and rounds within the hospital and medical offices
- 2Provide directions to visitors vendors and employees
- 3Escort staff and visitors safely throughout the facility
- 4Respond to alarm activations and investigate causes
- 5Assist with fire drills and maintain a secure environment
- 6Document lost and found items and keep daily activity logs
- 7Support psychiatric patient observations and assist with restraints
- 8Secure patient valuables in the property room safe
- 9Collaborate with teams during psychiatric evaluations
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 2NYS Security Guard Registration
- 32+ years prior security experience preferred
- 4CPR / Heart Saver certification
- 5Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels
