We seek a Security Engineer III Red Team Operator with TS Clearance to lead adversary simulation efforts. This role drives detection resilience through offensive security initiatives. What You'll Do11
- 1Plan and execute red team operations across enterprise environments web applications cloud platforms and endpoints
- 2Emulate advanced threat actors using realistic attack paths tools and techniques
- 3Conduct reconnaissance initial access privilege escalation lateral movement persistence and exfiltration simulations
- 4Assess security controls monitoring and incident response processes through targeted exercises
- 5Perform phishing social engineering and credential attacks within authorized parameters
- 6Develop custom payloads scripts and attack workflows to support engagements
- 7Document findings attack chains and remediation recommendations
- 8Deliver clear after-action reports and debriefs to technical and leadership stakeholders
- 9Collaborate with blue teams detection engineers and security leadership to enhance defensive capabilities
- 10Maintain strict adherence to rules of engagement legal requirements and operational safety
- 11Lead projects or workstreams while meeting deadlines and prioritizing multiple tasks
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field
- 2Active Top-Secret Clearance
- 3Onsite availability up to five days weekly
- 42+ years offensive security experience in red teaming purple teaming or adversary simulation
- 5Proficiency with Windows Active Directory Linux cloud and identity environments
- 6Expertise with Cobalt Strike Mythic Metasploit BloodHound Burp Suite Nmap PowerShell or Python
- 7MITRE ATT&CK mapping and threat emulation skills
- 8Ability to produce high-quality reports linking technical findings to business risk
- 9Certified Red Team Operator CRTO or Offensive Security Certified Professional OSCP
- 10Travel commitment averaging twenty percent based on client assignments
- 11Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsor sponsorship
