What You'll Do11
- 1Plan and execute red team operations against enterprise systems cloud platforms and endpoints
- 2Emulate advanced threat actors using realistic attack paths and tools
- 3Conduct reconnaissance initial access privilege escalation lateral movement persistence and exfiltration simulations
- 4Assess security controls monitoring and incident response processes
- 5Perform phishing social engineering and credential attack exercises within authorized parameters
- 6Develop custom payloads scripts and attack workflows
- 7Document findings attack chains and remediation recommendations
- 8Deliver clear after-action reports and debriefs to technical and leadership stakeholders
- 9Collaborate with blue teams detection engineers and security leadership to enhance defenses
- 10Maintain strict adherence to rules of engagement legal requirements and operational safety
- 11Lead projects manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment and provide clear guidance to others
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field
- 2Active Top-Secret Clearance
- 3Onsite availability up to five days weekly
- 42+ years offensive security experience in red teaming purple teaming or adversary simulation
- 5Proficiency with Windows Active Directory Linux cloud and identity environments
- 6Expertise in command and control frameworks privilege escalation lateral movement and evasion techniques
- 7Familiarity with Cobalt Strike Mythic Metasploit BloodHound Burp Suite Nmap and PowerShell or Python
- 8MITRE ATT&CK mapping and threat emulation skills
- 9Ability to write high-quality reports connecting technical findings to business risk
- 10Certified Red Team Operator CRTO or Offensive Security Certified Professional OSCP
- 11Travel commitment averaging twenty percent based on client assignments
