Requirements5
- 1One year full-time experience equivalent to Secretary I or higher clerical classification requiring 40 WPM typing
- 2Three years of progressively responsible clerical experience comparable to Secretary I with 40 WPM typing proficiency
- 3Ability to manage confidential records and coordinate multi-agency meetings
- 4Expertise in modern office practices and advanced word processing skills
- 5Strong organizational capabilities for complex secretarial programs
