Requirements11
- 12 years of relevant experience with limited supervision focusing on public contact and customer service
- 2Proficiency in typing at 55 words per minute
- 3Valid motor vehicle operator's license may be required
- 4Strong knowledge of office procedures and applicable laws
- 5Ability to operate standard office equipment and computer applications
- 6Experience with PC software, databases, and reporting tools
- 7Bilingual skills preferred
