Secondary Spotter Position at International Recovery Systems Inc.
Overview
The Secondary Spotter will own quality control by revisiting aging accounts and rechecking previously worked locations to identify missed recovery opportunities. This role operates between day and night shifts supporting License Plate Recognition and density map initiatives. Candidates must demonstrate independence and reliability while driving assigned routes and maintaining client account compliance.
What You'll Do9
- 1Review accounts aged five days and older to convert missed opportunities into successful recoveries
- 2Locate vehicles previously identified but obstructed during earlier attempts
- 3Recheck and monitor high probability locations daily
- 4Maintain detailed notes and update accounts accurately
- 5Assist with quality control on aging inventory
- 6Perform daytime checks of employment places or field searches as directed
- 7Drive assigned routes and locate additional vehicles
- 8Generate new license plate hits and maintain territory knowledge
- 9Communicate opportunities to recovery teams effectively
Requirements11
- 1Valid driver's license
- 2Clean driving record
- 3Age over twenty three due to insurance
- 4Foundational knowledge of vehicle makes models and body styles
- 5Prior repossession experience
- 6Experience handling multiple zones simultaneously
- 7Strong knowledge of local territory
- 8Experience with LPR systems
- 9Physical ability to sit and drive extended periods
- 10Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently
- 11Work readiness in varying weather conditions
