What You'll Do16
- 1Plan and execute high-volume recruiting initiatives to meet seasonal demand
- 2Manage candidate generation using Masis Staffing Solution CRM Software
- 3Maintain accurate termination records in CRM and coordinate unemployment investigations
- 4Perform comprehensive candidate processes including screening interviewing training onboarding and termination
- 5Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract top-tier candidates
- 6Communicate effectively with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager regarding job orders
- 7Ensure strict confidentiality and adherence to company policies during candidate interactions
- 8Create detailed recruiting plans collaborating with hiring managers on prescreening questions
- 9Build and nurture talent pipelines through industry networking and employee engagement
- 10Meet or exceed performance goals established by executive leadership and risk management standards
- 11Implement data entry standards to improve accuracy and efficiency
- 12Monitor compliance with Masis Staffing Solutions policies and payroll procedures
- 13Handle timecard preparation with proper approval fields
- 14Troubleshoot data entry issues and design corrective actions
- 15Submit payroll data collection by specified deadlines
- 16Perform additional duties as assigned

- 1College degree preferred
- 22+ years of successful recruiting or business development experience
- 3Strong interviewing skills and industry knowledge
- 4Ability to speak multiple languages
