Onsite Service Coordinator, Bilingual Staffing
Overview
You own the full recruiting life cycle for our Columbus branch, filling high-volume staffing orders across multiple client sites. You pair with hiring managers to script prescreens, screen candidates, and drive placements through CRM software. You also back up the Service Manager on payroll, training, and daily branch operations. Bilingual fluency stands out here as you connect with a diverse candidate pool and client base.
What You'll Do9
- 1Plan and execute a high volume of recruiting activities, sourcing candidates through CRM and creative channels to hit fill ratios.
- 2Partner with hiring managers to build prescreening questions and interview plans for each open job order.
- 3Manage the candidate pipeline from screening to onboarding, including employment termination records in CRM.
- 4Mentor Service Coordinators on candidate handling and client service, raising team performance.
- 5Assist the Service Manager with payroll collection, timecard approvals, and training of new associates.
- 6Design corrective actions for data entry delays and timecard issues, protecting payroll accuracy.
- 7Network through industry groups and employee referrals to build a talent pool ahead of demand.
- 8Support unemployment investigations by maintaining precise termination records and confidentiality.
- 9Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Business Development Manager on job order status and client needs.
Requirements10
- 12-3 years of high-volume recruiting in a staffing agency.
- 22-3 years of account management and relationship building.
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and multiple software applications.
- 4Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills with negotiation tactics.
- 6Familiarity with hiring laws, regulations, and best practices.
- 7Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time across competing priorities.
- 8Leadership skills to coach, develop, and inspire team members.
- 9Experience reading financial statements and driving a culture of execution.
- 10Ability to work 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday with flexibility for occasional weekends and travel.
