What You'll Do8
- 1Achieve or exceed personal sales and KPI targets contributing to store results
- 2Participate in all store meetings events and product knowledge sessions
- 3Drive conversion and average transaction value through expert product recommendations
- 4Maintain store cleanliness organize stockroom process shipments and replenish displays
- 5Utilize POS systems and operational tools in compliance with brand standards
- 6Seek feedback to refine performance and pursue professional development
- 7Collaborate with cross‑department partners to enhance customer journey
- 8Support inventory accuracy and shelf presentation daily
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 1‑2 years retail experience in customer‑focused premium settings
- 2Prior work with luxury or high‑volume environments preferred
- 3Availability Friday through Sunday and all holidays with evening flexibility
- 4Strong time management organization and multitasking abilities
- 5Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- 6Multilingual communication skills valued
