What You'll Do11
- 1Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards
- 2Build a positive store environment through effective communication and collaboration with management
- 3Attend and participate in all store meetings events and product knowledge sessions
- 4Assist in driving NPS and metrics such as conversion and average dollar per transaction
- 5Contribute to Units per Transaction by introducing new strategic categories
- 6Develop and maintain personal customer relationship management through clienteling
- 7Leverage in-store elements to provide memorable customer experiences
- 8Follow all store operating procedures to minimize shrink
- 9Handle POS transactions in compliance with company standards
- 10Support physical store maintenance and visual merchandising directives
- 11Work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Requirements9
- 1Minimum 2 years customer service experience in apparel retail
- 2Proven sales performance record
- 3Previous experience with affluent luxury brands in high-traffic locations
- 4Strong time management and multitasking skills
- 5Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 6Good understanding of CRM tools and processes
- 7Excellent communication and social skills
- 8Basic Microsoft Office skills Word and Excel
- 9Bonus proficiency in another language
