What You'll Do11
- 1Achieve or exceed personal sales and KPI targets to drive store results
- 2Attend and participate in all store meetings product knowledge sessions

- 4Drive KPIs and sell metrics by introducing new product categories to customers
- 5Support store upkeep by maintaining cleanliness organizing stockroom processing shipments and replenishing sales floor
- 6Advise customers on product recommendations using expert knowledge and cross-department partnerships
- 7Accurately use POS systems and operational tools following all procedures
- 8Seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth
- 9Work Friday through Sunday and all holidays with flexible evening hours
- 10Demonstrate strong time management organization and multitasking abilities
- 11Maintain attention to detail and adapt to changing environments
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons in luxury retail
- 35+ years experience with AWS Certified
- 41-2 years retail experience in high-touch environments
- 5Open availability Friday through Sunday and all holidays
