Overview
The Screen Printer will own production of signs and decals at Interwest Safety Supply ensuring quality and timely delivery. This role supports the sign shop team to meet production schedules and customer deadlines while maintaining a clean safe environment. What You'll Do11
- 1Set up and operate manual and/or automatic screen-printing presses for production runs on signs decals and related products
- 2Prepare screens stencils and squeegees and mix and match inks to meet color specifications
- 3Load and register substrates aluminum vinyl plastic or other materials for accurate print alignment
- 4Inspect printed materials for quality color accuracy and registration identifying and correcting defects during production runs
- 5Clean screens presses and work areas between jobs and at the end of shifts following proper chemical handling procedures
- 6Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues reporting malfunctions to a supervisor
- 7Maintain accurate production counts and complete required production paperwork or system entries
- 8Safely handle and store inks solvents and other production chemicals according to safety data sheets and company policy
- 9Package label and stage finished products for shipping or further processing
- 10Collaborate with other sign shop staff to meet production schedules and deadlines
- 11Maintain a clean organized and safe work area in accordance with company and OSHA standards
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment safely
- 4Ability to read and follow work orders job tickets and basic measurements
- 5Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- 6Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime different shifts or weekends

- 11Use of PPE such as gloves eye protection and respiratory protection is required
