Ball Pro Inc seeks a skilled Screen Printer in Minneapolis to lead full‑time screen printing operations. The ideal candidate will own the entire printing workflow from setup through quality assurance while delivering consistent high‑quality results at scale.
What You'll Do13
- 1Setup and Pre‑Press: Prepare and align screens based on work order specifications including mesh count and emulsion application
- 2Mix ink colors according to design requirements and Pantone specifications
- 3Register multi‑color jobs accurately on the press
- 4Operate and maintain manual and automatic screen printing presses such as MHM and Hopkins
- 5Load and unload products or substrates onto the press platen
- 6Perform test prints inspect for defects and adjust pressure speed and registration during runs
- 7Ensure proper curing of ink using flash units and/or conveyor dryers to achieve maximum wash fastness
- 8Monitor print quality throughout production runs to guarantee consistency correct color and accurate placement
- 9Conduct final inspection of printed goods against job tickets and samples
- 10Clean screens squeegees and flood bars immediately after printing
- 11Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment
- 12Maintain an accurate count of printed goods and communicate proactively with supervisors about material shortages or equipment issues
- 13Adhere to all company safety guidelines
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in fast‑paced environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification acceptable
- 5AWS Certified cloud fundamentals
- 65+ years experience with screen printing equipment
- 7Spark and Airflow proficiency
- 8Manual dexterity and color distinction ability
- 9High school diploma or equivalent
- 10Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
