Overview
EPI seeks an Automatic Screen Printing Press Operator to lead press setup operation and maintenance for high-quality apparel production. This full-time onsite role offers competitive pay between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour. Join our Apparel team at Educational Products Inc. Dallas Texas.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build and operate automatic screen printing presses for production runs
- 2Load screens and verify artwork registration ink colors and press settings before production
- 3Monitor print quality throughout production adjusting for registration color consistency placement and overall quality
- 4Inspect finished garments for accuracy and quality
- 5Troubleshoot routine printing and equipment issues
- 6Perform routine cleaning maintenance and minor repairs on press equipment
- 7Meet production goals while maintaining EPI quality and safety standards
- 8Maintain clean organized safe work area
- 9Assist with press operations apparel production and warehouse duties as needed
- 10Follow all company safety policies procedures and required personal protective equipment guidelines
- 11Perform other duties as assigned including cross-functional support
Requirements8
- 15+ years operating automatic screen printing presses with Spark and Airflow
- 2M&R experience preferred
- 3High school diploma or GED preferred
- 4Ability to stand walk and lift materials up to 35 pounds
- 5Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- 6Professional dependable reliable positive team-oriented attitude
- 7Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- 8Willingness to assist in other apparel warehouse production or operations functions
