We seek a motivated Scientist Method Automation to support PAT-enabled analytical workflows. This role drives automation and process analytical technology initiatives. You will translate manual methods into automated workflows and enhance efficiency. The position offers growth at the intersection of analytical development and automation.
What You'll Do11
- 1Support development optimization automation and lifecycle activities for analytical workflows
- 2Translate manual semi-manual methods into automated workflows using liquid handlers and digital tools
- 3Execute experiments supporting method robustness comparability verification validation and troubleshooting
- 4Operate maintain and troubleshoot automation platforms instrument integrations and enabling technologies
- 5Contribute to automation PAT and digital integration evaluations including LIMS ELN and structured data systems
- 6Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure method readiness sampling strategies transfer documentation and continuous improvement
- 7Develop hands-on expertise in analytical development automation PAT and data-rich workflows
- 8Gain experience with high-throughput assays QC transfer regulated method execution and design of experiments
- 9Apply knowledge of GMP ALCOA+ 21 CFR Part 11 ICH guidance and transfer practices
- 10Work in a fast-paced environment fostering inclusion development and empowerment

Requirements11
- 1PhD 0+ years relevant experience in analytical development or MS with 4+ years
- 2MS with 6+ years relevant experience or BS with 6+ years experience
- 3Experience with Hamilton TECAN Biomek Integra or comparable liquid handling systems
- 4Exposure to high-throughput assays QC transfer regulated method execution
- 5Knowledge of PAT digital laboratory integration LIMS ELN and structured data systems
- 6Familiarity with design of experiments multivariate analysis machine learning or automation scripting
- 7Working knowledge of GMP ALCOA+ 21 CFR Part 11 ICH guidance and transfer practices
- 8Hands-on experience developing automating executing transferring analytical methods in biopharmaceutical settings
- 9Experience with laboratory automation liquid handling integrated analytical instruments assay workflow optimization
- 10Strong communication collaboration organization and problem-solving skills in cross-functional environments
