What You'll Do6
- 1Build daily routes for technicians using Route4Me and Google Maps, balancing travel time and appointment windows.
- 2Field inbound calls from customers and update them on arrival times and schedule changes.
- 3Resolve schedule conflicts and same-day cancellations by rearranging tech assignments.
- 4Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan so dispatch and billing stay aligned.
- 5Coordinate with office staff and field techs to confirm job details and customer expectations.
- 6Monitor route performance and adjust on the fly to minimize idle time and overtime.
Requirements5
- 11+ year in dispatch, scheduling, or customer service in a field service role.
- 2Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and scheduling software like ServiceTitan or Route4Me.
- 3Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced office environment.
- 4Excellent phone etiquette and written communication.
- 5Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. in Buda, TX.
