What You'll Do9
- 1Build ServiceTitan dashboards to monitor technician availability and schedule efficiency
- 2Lead daily dispatch operations ensuring rapid response within five minutes
- 3Maintain high booking rates through proactive lead follow-up and review solicitation
- 4Track unsold estimates and generate technician performance reports
- 5Monitor lead quality and request appropriate credits
- 6Coordinate with remote teams using advanced communication tools
- 7Implement process improvements to streamline scheduling workflows
- 8Analyze sales pipeline metrics to identify growth opportunities
- 9Support manager in managing seasonal demand fluctuations
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience with ServiceTitan platform
- 23-5 seasons leading field operations
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified cloud infrastructure knowledge
- 5BCBA credential valued
- 6Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems
- 7Strong multitasking abilities under tight deadlines
- 8Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- 9Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 10Reliable transportation for on-site coordination
