What You'll Do9
- 1Build, maintain, and adjust caregiver schedules in WellSky to ensure full shift coverage
- 2Match caregivers to clients based on skill set location and availability
- 3Handle same-day call-offs and emergencies by quickly identifying replacement caregivers
- 4Communicate schedule changes clearly to caregivers clients and families
- 5Maintain accurate records of caregiver availability certifications and client care plans
- 6Track and flag scheduling gaps overtime risks or compliance issues
- 7Support on-call scheduling during evenings weekends as needed
- 8Collaborate with care coordinators to ensure care plans are followed
- 9Assist onboarding new clients and caregivers into the scheduling system
Requirements12
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in scheduling or dispatch roles
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification acceptable
- 5AWS Certified preferred
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 73-5 seasons experience in scheduling or dispatch roles
- 8Proficiency with WellSky scheduling software required
- 9Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 10Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 11Ability to stay calm solving problems quickly during last-minute changes
- 12Comfortable working independently managing competing priorities
