What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain relationships with seniors and their families
- 2Design personalized care plans that meet individual needs
- 3Lead daily activities such as medication reminders and meal preparation
- 4Perform light housekeeping and errands around the home
- 5Assist with laundry and other household tasks
- 6Drive clients to medical appointments when needed
- 7Document care activities and report any concerns promptly
- 8Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care
- 9Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client information
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2California Driver"s License and reliable transportation
- 3Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) number
- 4Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 5Negative TB test or clear chest X-ray
- 6Basic computer skills
- 7Valid California Home Care Aide registration or willingness to obtain
- 81+ year caregiving experience preferred
