What You'll Do5
- 1Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
- 2Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
- 3Provide personal care services including grooming bathing and incontinence management
- 4Leverage our mobile app for real-time updates on client needs schedule management and earnings tracking
- 5Own and scale care delivery while debugging workflow challenges
Requirements5
- 1Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
- 2Basic English speaking reading and writing abilities bilingual or multilingual preferred
- 3Complete compliance license and registration requirements
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 53-5 seasons of relevant caregiving experience
