Overview
Lead migration of heritage CygNet SCADA logic onto modern Ignition platform while defining script-migration path and converting legacy scripts. Own enterprise integration architecture across REST/API messaging and .NET bridging Ignition to AVEVA systems. Ensure integration readiness and validate correctness against operational behavior. Deliver migrations at scale and support delivery teams.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own migration of heritage CygNet SCADA logic onto modern Ignition platform defining script-migration path and converting legacy scripts
- 2Work within defined Ignition database and UDT structure aligning migrations to target data model
- 3Own enterprise integration architecture across REST API messaging and .NET bridging Ignition to AVEVA historian/PI layer
- 4Lead integration readiness and own integrations through regional cutovers into live operations
- 5Validate migration and integration correctness against operational behavior and edge cases
- 6Enable and support delivery teams applying migration path and integration patterns at scale
- 7Document conversions mappings integration patterns and edge cases for reuse
- 8Minimum 5 years deep hands-on CygNet expertise migrating heritage SCADA logic and data
- 9Minimum 2 years experience integrating historian/PI data and working to defined UDT and SQL metadata structures
- 10Minimum 2 years experience leading integrations through system cutovers in live operational environment
- 11Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 8 years work experience

- 2Minimum 2 years experience integrating historian/PI (AVEVA) data and working to defined UDT and SQL metadata structures
- 3Minimum 2 years experience leading integrations through system cutovers in live operational environment
- 4Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years work experience)
- 5Ignition platform experience (Perspective UDT design Named Queries tag and alarm configuration)
- 6Strong enterprise integration engineering across REST API enterprise messaging Kafka integrating industrial and enterprise systems
- 7Scripting proficiency in Python Jython for migration and integration work
- 8Upstream oil and gas SCADA operations knowledge including controls ESD and permissives alarm management ISA-18.2
- 9Familiarity with Wonderware Galaxy heritage system
- 10SQL data modeling and database administration experience
- 11Test/QA FAT and SAT experience in industrial delivery context
- 12Exposure to AutoSol and EFM measurement (FlowCal API 21.2)
- 13OT security awareness IEC 62443 NIST 800-82
