Overview
Senior SAP S/4HANA Service consultant will own end-to-end design and delivery in complex enterprise landscapes. Lead solution design for S/4HANA Service including Customer/Vendor Warranty claim and Field Service/In-House Repair and integrate tightly with SD MM PP LE FI/CO. Focus on warranty processes and cross‑module integration. Collaborate with a multi‑functional team and deliver at scale.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and deliver end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Service solutions across Warranty, Field Service, and In‑House Repair
- 2Design integration points with SD, MM, PP, LE, and FI/CO to support service processes
- 3Lead workshops and drive configuration, data migration, and cutover activities in a complex landscape
- 4Own functional specifications, testing strategies, and validation of service scenarios
- 5Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless process flows and data consistency across modules
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 5+ years delivering SAP S/4HANA Service or SD in large enterprises
- 2Strong experience with Warranty processes, Field Service, and In‑House Repair within S/4HANA
- 3Hands‑on configuration and implementation experience across SD, MM, PP, LE, and FI/CO
- 4Proven ability to lead design sessions, define solution scope, and drive delivery in a contract role
- 5Onsite Boston based, contract position, 12 months, with travel as required
