SAP FICO Consultant, ECC Junior
Overview
You will own production support for the SAP ECC FICO landscape at SRI Tech Solutions, managing incidents, enhancements, and process improvements for a Dallas-based finance team. You will partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions, while mentoring support analysts. This hands-on role requires deep FICO configuration skills and a talent for cross-functional problem-solving, offering direct impact on financial operations.
What You'll Do7
- 1Troubleshoot and resolve SAP ECC FICO production incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- 2Design and implement FICO configurations for new business requirements, including GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.
- 3Lead month-end and year-end close support, coordinating with Finance to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- 4Drive continuous improvement by analyzing FICO processes and proposing optimizations.
- 5Mentor junior support analysts on SAP best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- 6Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with MM, SD, and PP modules.
- 7Document system changes and maintain configuration consistency across ECC environments.
Requirements7
- 12-5 years of hands-on SAP ECC FICO configuration experience.
- 2Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CO) modules.
- 3Experience with SAP support packs, transport management, and system upgrades.
- 4Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex FICO issues.
- 5SAP FICO certification preferred.
- 6Excellent communication skills for working with finance stakeholders.
- 7Ability to work onsite in Dallas, Texas.
