SAP ABAP Developer, Leasing & RAR (Fiori)
Overview
You will own the technical delivery of SAP ABAP and Fiori developments for the Leasing and RAR modules, driving end-to-end solutions in a fully onsite environment. You will join a collaborative team in San Jose, supporting SAP Finance initiatives with a focus on revenue recognition. This role offers a 1-year engagement with direct impact on core financial processes, including custom object development and performance tuning.
What You'll Do7
- 1Develop and maintain ABAP programs for the Leasing module, ensuring seamless integration with RAR and SAP Finance.
- 2Design and implement Fiori applications to enhance user experience for leasing and revenue recognition workflows.
- 3Debug and fix existing ABAP code to resolve issues in the RAR module, improving system reliability.
- 4Build custom reports and interfaces to support SAP finance processes, using ABAP OO and CDS views.
- 5Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP developments.
- 6Optimize performance of ABAP programs and Fiori launchpad configurations, reducing response times.
- 7Support code deployment and transport management in SAP environments, ensuring quality and compliance.
Requirements7
- 15+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, including ABAP OO and Fiori programming.
- 23+ years of hands-on work with SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) or related SAP finance modules.
- 3Strong knowledge of CDS views, ODATA services, and Fiori element development.
- 4Proficiency in ABAP debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
- 5Experience with SAP Leasing or asset finance processes is a plus.
- 6Ability to work onsite in San Jose for 5 days a week and collaborate in person.
- 7Must be a local candidate, as relocation is not supported.
