Overview
Levy Sector seeks a Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation compliance at Levi`s Stadium. This role reports directly to the Executive Chef Team and partners with the Health Department to manage inspections and re-checks. The manager ensures California Retail Food Code standards while fostering a culture of safety and quality.
What You'll Do11

- 8Provide mentorship on chemical handling and HAZCOM protocols
- 9Maintain physical stamina for multi-level facility duties
- 10Stand for extended periods and remain mobile during events
- 11Adapt to flexible schedules including evenings and holidays
Requirements8
- 12-3+ years sanitation experience in hospitality or venue settings
- 2California Food Handler Card or CFPM certification
- 3ServSafe certification preferred
- 4Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 5Physical stamina for standing and moving across large spaces
- 6Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays
- 7Valid California residency or ability to relocate
- 8Background check clearance
