Overview
You will own sandwich prep and customer service at a busy Subway in Chanhassen, MN, serving 100+ customers per shift. You will join a close-knit crew of 6 and report to the shift lead. This role stands out for its $16-$18/hr pay and employee discount.
What You'll Do8
- 1Greet customers and take orders accurately and courteously
- 2Prepare sandwiches and menu items following recipe and portion guidelines
- 3Operate the POS register and handle cash and card transactions
- 4Clean prep areas, dining room, and restrooms to Subway standards
- 5Stock and rotate ingredients and supplies, monitor inventory levels
- 6Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including HACCP
- 7Work with the team to hit speed-of-service goals during peak hours
- 8Restock and prep ingredients for upcoming shifts
Requirements7
- 1At least 16 years old
- 2Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- 3Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- 4Strong communication and customer service skills
- 5Reliable and punctual, able to work as part of a team
- 6Availability for full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 7Previous food service experience a plus but not required
