You will own the guest experience at a Subway restaurant, preparing fresh food and maintaining a clean location. You will work with a team to serve guests from order to delivery. What You'll Do10
- 1Greet each guest and take their order from start to finish, recommending meal options based on their preferences.
- 2Prepare and serve fresh food daily, following food safety standards to meet health regulations.
- 3Keep the restaurant clean and beautiful, including dining area, counter, and equipment.
- 4Operate the computerized Point of Sale system and cash register accurately for each transaction.
- 5Collaborate with teammates to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for guests during busy shifts.
- 6Stock ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth service throughout the day.
- 7Follow all written and verbal instructions from management to ensure consistent operations.
- 8Handle cash and card payments correctly, balancing your register at end of shift.
- 9Support other areas of the restaurant as needed, including prep and cleaning stations.
- 10Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements8
- 1Some high school education or equivalent is preferred.
- 2No previous experience required, we train you on all tasks.
- 3Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.
- 4Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed, including standing and walking the entire shift.
- 5Must be able to bend and lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- 6Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale system and cash register.
- 7Must be available for flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 8Must be at least 16 years old to comply with state labor laws.
