Salesforce Technical Lead (12+ Years, Apex & LWC)
Overview
This role owns the Salesforce architecture and delivery for enterprise clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will design and build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows. You will lead a team of developers, oversee code reviews, and partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs. What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components
- 2Lead a team of developers through the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery to deployment
- 3Build and maintain integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware
- 4Automate business processes using Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
- 5Optimize data models and queries using SOQL and SOSL for performance and scale
- 6Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainability and security
- 7Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps and estimates
- 8Resolve complex technical issues in Sales Cloud and related platforms
Requirements8
- 112+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 2Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3Hands-on expertise in Apex Programming and Lightning Web Components
- 4Strong proficiency with Aura, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
- 5Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
- 6Proven track record with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations
- 7Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and its configuration
- 8Ability to work on-site in San Francisco (hybrid model)
