Salesforce Developer, Apex & Lightning Web Components
Overview
You will own the technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions for a direct client in Reston, VA, serving 6-8 enterprise projects. You will join a team of Salesforce developers and collaborate with admins and business analysts. This role offers the chance to lead development on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. You will drive the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment in a Salesforce environment.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design and build scalable Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to automate business workflows.
- 2Develop and maintain custom user interfaces using Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages for optimal performance.
- 3Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and middleware platforms.
- 4Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and approval processes.
- 5Lead code reviews and enforce best practices for Apex and LWC development.
- 6Collaborate with the team to plan and execute data migrations and system audits.
- 7Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce environments.
- 8Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to junior developers.
Requirements8
- 16-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- 2Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- 3Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST or SOAP APIs.
- 4Knowledge of Salesforce declarative features: workflows, process builder, and flows.
- 5Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including sharing rules and profiles.
- 6Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- 7Proven track record of delivering projects in an Agile environment.
