Overview
You will own Salesforce solution design and implementation for a long-term hybrid contract in Chicago, IL. You will build on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to configure objects, workflows, and security, and integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. This role focuses on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will drive data migration and troubleshoot complex issues in a 5+ years experienced team.
What You'll Do8
- 1Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.
- 2Configure objects, workflows, validation rules, and security settings including profiles and permissions.
- 3Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
- 4Implement features for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs.
- 5Design and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- 6Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- 7Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing Salesforce implementations, providing fixes and enhancements.
- 8Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer.
- 2Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.
- 3Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning framework.
- 4Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware integration.
- 5In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- 6Proven track record of configuring objects, workflows, validation rules, and security.
- 7Experience with data migration and ETL processes in Salesforce.
- 8Ability to create and interpret reports and dashboards.
