Overview
You will own Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud implementations for nonprofit clients, configuring NPSP, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to meet their missions. You join a small team of Salesforce architects and consultants, reporting directly to a team lead. You will deliver custom solutions that boost donor management and program delivery. Your work will directly impact nonprofits across the US, with a portfolio of mission-driven clients.
What You'll Do10
- 1Implement Salesforce products, focusing on Nonprofit Cloud, plus Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud on client projects.
- 2Maintain and support Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud implementations of varied sizes, ensuring uptime and performance.
- 3Configure low-code solutions: Flows, custom objects, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and Data Loader imports.
- 4Deploy changes via change sets to manage the application lifecycle in sandboxes.
- 5Demonstrate completed work during iteration meetings with nonprofit customers, gathering feedback.
- 6Drive business process improvement discussions, offering recommendations grounded in fundraising and donor management.
- 7Train system administrators and power users on Salesforce features and best practices.
- 8Implement low-code and pro-code best practices to minimize technical debt and maintain code quality.
- 9Maintain current Salesforce certifications and pursue new ones with dedicated learning time.
- 10Write technical articles for dbservices.com to share insights and solutions.
Requirements10
- 11-2 years as a Salesforce administrator or consultant.
- 2Nonprofit Cloud certification and hands-on NPSP experience required.
- 3Financial Services Cloud accreditation is a plus.
- 4Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, or related field preferred.
- 5Juggle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- 6Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- 7Collaborate daily with team members and clients.
