Salesforce Developer, OmniStudio & LWC
Overview
You will build, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications for a government client, owning the technical delivery of Apex, LWC, and OmniStudio components. You'll join a team of three developers, work on long-term engagements with hybrid or remote options, and guide peers in resolving complex public sector issues. This role stands out for its deep focus on the OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation and the chance to lead technical design and deployments in a mission-driven domain.
What You'll Do9
- 1Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL, plus OmniStudio components like Flexcards, Omniscripts, and DataRaptors.
- 2Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and tools like Mulesoft.
- 3Own code reviews and serve as technical lead on assigned projects, enforcing agency development standards.
- 4Drive DevOps practices with CI/CD tools like Gearset and Copado, and manage version control effectively.
- 5Automate processes and handle data management using Salesforce Data Loader and Workbench.
- 6Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and approve requirements, ensuring alignment with public sector needs.
- 7Perform impact analyses and design reviews to identifiy interdependencies and ensure robust solutions.
- 8Support software deployments across non-production and production environments, ensuring smooth releases.
- 9Implement Experience Cloud sites to enhance user engagement and self-service capabilities.
Requirements7
- 18+ years as a Salesforce Developer, with 2-3 years focused on OmniStudio.
- 25+ years with Apex, triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, and LWCs.
- 36 months to 1 year working on public sector solutions, preferably Grants Management.
- 4Proven ability to guide teams in resolving issues with Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation.
- 5Experience migrating data or designing new solutions on the OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
- 6Hold Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII).
- 7Hands-on experience developing Experience Cloud sites.
