Senior Salesforce Developer with OmniStudio Expertise
Overview
You will own the technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions on the OmniStudio platform, serving the public sector. Your work directly impacts grants management and citizen-facing experiences. You will guide a team of developers to resolve complex issues and deliver scalable, compliant solutions. This is an onsite role in Columbus, Ohio, requiring deep Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) expertise.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design and build custom Apex classes, triggers, and Batch Apex jobs to manage complex grants management workflows.
- 2Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- 3Migrate and integrate data using Salesforce APIs and OmniStudio tools, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- 4Guide development teams on OmniStudio configuration, OmniScripts, and FlexCards to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
- 5Architect and implement Experience Cloud sites to provide a seamless citizen self-service portal.
- 6Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into technical designs on the Salesforce Public Sector Foundation platform.
- 7Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, from Apex to LWC, to maintain high availability.
- 8Drive adoption of best practices and design patterns for Salesforce development, including version control and automated testing.
Requirements7
- 18+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 2-3 years on the OmniStudio platform.
- 25+ years of hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, and LWCs.
- 3PDI and PDII certification required.
- 4Experience working on public sector solutions, specifically Grants Management, preferred.
- 5Proven ability to guide teams in resolving technical issues related to Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation.
- 6Experience migrating data or designing new solutions on the OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
- 7Experience developing Experience Cloud sites.
